Church Repair and Maintenance Project
After a year in their new building, the church customer still had a list of repairs and upgrades on their ‘to-do list’. R2R was asked to help consolidate and implement a list of building improvements. This project involved close communication with the church Session and volunteers to help volunteer versus vendor tasks. Church volunteer efforts included painting, sound system improvements and equipment installation. R2R tasks included coordinating the creation of a new teaching lounge, installation of new signage, appliances, and blinds, and managing inspections. All work was completed prior to the deadline.
