Kannapolis Remodel Project
As part of the City’s housing rehabilitation efforts, this house underwent extensive renovations. Efforts included roof repairs, electrical and plumbing upgrades and safety improvements. Also included was a comprehensive remodel of the Kitchen and the Utility Room, and the Bathroom was taken back to the studs in order to modernize finishes and raise the ceiling. This was completed while maintaining the tight budget and retaining much of the integrity of the original 1925 charm.
