Mt Pleasant Rehabilitation Project
This home rehab, for one of CCM’s valued church partners, required a phased approach to repairing damage from long standing drainage issues. R2R started by repairing and replacing exterior drain lines and improving soil grading to move water away from the home. This was followed by expert scrubbing and sealing the basement walls by our partners at AdvantaClean, and replacing damaged insulation. The final phase of rehab included deep cleaning and painting the entire house, and refinishing the original wood floors. The customer was excited see the home, originally the church parsonage, return to its previous glory.
